How to hide axis category and empty category

Hi folks,

 

In the first scenario, Im using this expression Year([Data_de_Cadastramento])>2009 to limit categorys of axis, but as you can see is not working.

Plus in the sencond scenario, I can't rid myself of empty (vazio) values in a string column even though my column has only filled cells.

 

The only way i can find to not show de empty(vazio) category from chart is zoom tool, but im looking for a better solution.
