how to document the use of document properties across visualizations

Hi All

I am a Spotfire 'newbie'.

I am attempting to systematically figure out how properties defined/populated in one Data Function/IP Script are used elsewhere

in a complex DXP file. One could do this by hand but it is potentially onerous in scope.

Is there a IP script or some utility available in Spotfire for this task .

Also another question ...

Are all data functions associated with a DXP file automatically executed when the DXP file opens
