fix the position of texarea

I am working on an analysis that contains several graphs on the same page.

 

 

 

So I increase the size of the sheet so that the whole is visually correct, which generates a slide on the right for navigation up and do.

 

 

 

I have 2 textarea on the right that allow me to have a margin of maneuver for users (filters for example)

except that when I go down the graphics with my slide, textarea too and

I am forced to go back to every time if I want to apply a new filter.

Is there not a way to ensure that only the right part (graphics) goes down and the texarea do not move
