Save the changes made to database on spotfire web client

I have a spotfire that needs to be available on web client , However , when any changes are made to it (adding of rows to stored database using TERR, for example) and the user closes the window. When they log back in the changes they had made are all gone. Is there a way to prevent this from happening by saving changes made by the user

Are you making the changes through the Web Player Are you saving the file in te library after making the changes Please check the screenshot attached.

Yes , i am making changes through the Web Player. No I am not saving anything to a library , my entire database is embedded in the Spotfire file. 

However, I do not see a save button in webclient as in the screenshot. I am using version 7.2, could that be the reason
