Greg Gibble Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 So I am trying to create a Spotfirebar graph to represent some sales infmoration based on a few different companies. For example lets say I have companies A,B,C,D,E,F,G and the company of focus is company A. I want to have a bar graph that will show the top X (lets say 3 in this situation) and company A even if company A is not in the top three. For example if the data was Company Sales A 100 B 50 C 150 D 200 E 250 F 300 I would want a bar graph that would show company A then companies D,E,F. Is this possible to do in one graph I know I could make 2 different charts on one page and have on graph only point to my company of interest but I would like to see if this is possible to do in one graph. Also if this can be transfered to pie charts etc. as well, please let me know. Thank you, Greg
Khushboo Rabadia Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 You can use Show/Hide Items feature to show the required data. For your example, you can setup two rules one for Top3 and other for company A as shown below and will work for any chart:
