Multi Input Line for Order Number

I have a simple raw data table which include order number and a few more columns. I would like to have a user multi input text box for the users to key in the order number they want but also when the multi input text box is empty, it can show all data May I know how should I do that Thanks in advance for the helps.

The easier solution might be to include a Filter control instead of a Property control. The user can type in the order number in the search box, but can also select 'All values' if no values are selected.
