Shandilya Peddi
You can enable debug logging using instructions as below in the Spotfire client and check the logs for more detailed information, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to enable Debug Logging - Spotfire Professional Client -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Open Spotfire Client 2. Browse to "Help > Support Diagnostics and Logging" > Logging tab 3. Set the Log level to "Debug" and make a note of the "Log file" location 4. Click on OK 5. If applicable, replicate the issue and then open the "Log file" path and send the "Spotfire.Dxp.SupportDiagnostics.log" file as a *.zip archive to the SR. Once complete, you can set the Log level back to your desired default log level if desired. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also you can check server.log on the Spotfire Server to find any relevant information. The logs are located in the following folder on server /tss/tomcat/logs
Prashant Anand
It would be good to check if the required jar files are in place and that the template used for the data source is correct.
