Chad Holland
I have looked, and can't seem to find wha tI am looking for. I am wanting to use the map visualization as an x-y plot, instead of coords. I realize I can turn the scatter plot into an x-y plot, but I am needing the multiple layers that the map offers. To give an idea of what I am trying to do, I want to create a vertical map, basically a cross-section of section of the earth, and then plot features at varying depths. So, instead of using my X-Y coords as coordinates, I want to use them as distances. Any ideas are appreciated. Also, not, I realize this is not an out of the box feature of Spotfire, I am looking for a workaround in Spotfire 7.
