Spotfire cannot load after Windows Update

Hi all,

After a windows update, i tried open spotfire however the only thing that is showing is a blank page. Even when i load data, the data loading page pops up however it just shows a blank page upoin the completion of importing data.

The visualisation tools doesnt seem to work (e.g. adding table, cross table etc), everything is just blank.

Appreciate anyone that encouter this issue before to assist
