Count of total number of rows mismatch with the displayed number of table records when filters and limit data using expression is applied

The total number of rows or records displayed is matched when filters are applied but doesn't match the count of records received when applied along with the limit data using expression in the table properties.

How do we match the count of total rows displayed with the received table records when both filters and limit data using expression is being used

Make sure you select the right filtering scheme before applying the limit data expression. You need to use the same filterig scheme. It is also possible that your expression is wrong. Assuming you have a column named Department (Finance, Marketing, HR) to limit data for only finance. [Department] = 'Finance'
