Jaime Serrano Jimenez
Hello, Is there any way for not loosing transformations applied when replacing a data table (for example changing IL)
Richard Pobi
I guess if the table is the same in the DataSource, but only the name has changed then that won't be a problem. I will suggest you save a copy of your report with a different name, replace it with the new IL and see if the transformation stays the same. Jaime Serrano Jimenez
I tested copying the information link (same name) in other location and after that, replacing the data table for using the new IL and all transformation previously applied disappeared. Richard Pobi
I did something similar last week never had any issues with my report, after the networking team opened a firewall, so I can migrate the report to another environment. Maybe you should open the two tables any do analysis for validation. Ensuring that the colums and datatype are the same. Also, in the IL click on the SQL, check if the queries are the same.
