I have start dates and end dates for the records and I would like to generate a bar chart showing the count of open records during every month. The X-Axis needs to be every month in the date range. Attached is an image showing a simple table and the desired graph output. Notice how record 1 was open during Jan and Feb therefore being counted in each month.
