Using Adhoc Missing data fillers

I have a data sources with each sample being tested for multiple parameters, But if the parameter does not have any value it does not show up as a Row on the data source. I can calculate the unique samples and then calculate statistics based on the parameters as they would be 0. But How do I get a box plot to show that these many samples would have the parameter as 0.

 

Example:

Total Samples - 100

Parameter A has values for 70 of them, Therefore 30 samples are '0' even though the row does not exist.

Can I code this to add these many '0' values for each parameter.

 

For this data I have 1000s of samples by Product and 100s of parameters and time and various grouping structures.
