I have tried saving it with a different name and in different locations. I"ve seen this once before, but the issue resolved itself. I'm not so lucky this time. Steven Taylor Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 I am on Spotfire 7.13 and this linkhelped me. Here's the resolution from this link: The defect is fixed in Spotfire version 7.14 and later. In version 7.12, the easiest workaround is to not auto-create a preview image for your file (which is the step where it hangs): SelectEdit > Document Properties, and thenLibrary tab. At the bottom, under "Select Preview Image", select to haveNo preview. An alternative workaround in 7.12 is tounlock visualizations on the first page and see if that helps.
