Caroline Archer Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 I have recently installed Spotfire 7.9. However, there is one update that I can't seem to get passed (SpaceFiller 1.0.0.7). There are no other options but to press "Update Now" as the "Work Offline" option is greyed out. When I click update now, it looks like it is installing, but after a few seconds goes back to the orignal dialog box which says I need to install the update. So I get stuck in a loop. I have tried unistalling and restalling 2 times now, with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shashank Gurnalkar Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 Jon, can you try to remove that package for which you are getting an update from Deployments & Packages in Spotfire Server console Save the deployment area, launch the Spotfire Analyst again, connect it to the same deployment area, and update it.
