Unable to run IronPython script in report through spotfire automation service 6.5

We have ascript which needs to run through automation service 6.5 in windows 2008 r2 server and the source and destination this report is from shared folder server. Whenenver this script runs, the output txt file will be updated which is stored inshared folder. We have tried running the script from through webplayer by giving sufficient permission to the user for this particular folder and we are able toget the updated output. But, when we are trying to run through client, the job is successully executing but output is not updating. When we have check from all perspective and logs, we found it is due to Script add ons in client. We did not had script extension in client to run this script so,we have tried to follow the steps to add the extensions from client server into automation server. But, still we are not getting the updated output.

 

Any Help will be most appreiated.

Are you able to get the Python script executed at all Yes, we can able to execute through automation builder on client locally.

How are you ensuring that the Python Script executes We have written a script in document property such that theValuefield in properties gets updated with a text value once the script run manually through Run Sript button. But, same scenario not working through automatuion builder when we aretrying to run it through server.

Do you get any error in the Automation services logs Please find logsattached when trying to run through server.

I am also facing the same kind of issue on Spotfire 10.0 environemnt. Have you got the solution for this If yes, please let me know how we can execute on Server level
