How to bring data faster into tree diagrams

I've created a dashboard based on an excel file, but every time I try to load data into tree diagrams it takes alot of time (+30min). how can I bring data faster into the dashboard

Hello,

If the issue is on Web Player then you can cache the report for faster access.

If the issue is in Analyst then the loading time will be proportional to the size of the data set and the memory available on your machine.

Have you tried loading it on a different machine and see the same issue Is the issue specific to tree visualization and the other visualizations using the same data set load fine
