Issue with visualization new community version

Hi Francisco, thanks for raising your questions.

There are two things here, one is more IT-related, probably something to do with your settings, cache, etc. I will ask our IT team to look at it and see if they have any tips for you. Also, please confirm if you continue to have these problems after clearing your cache. 

On the user profile topic, I'll look into that for you as well. If you joined the community using your prior profile, your history of questions should still be visible. If you created a new profile, we can merge your profiles. Can you please contact us at community@spotfire.com so we can help you? This should be done via email because it pertains to your personal info.
