How to visualize minor logarithmic gridlines

I remember awhile ago I had to do this by adding an excel sheet with a x and y columns with standard log scaling values to recreate a typical major and minor gridline log chart using Lines & Curves in Line Chart, but in lieu of having to recreate that sheet, is there an alternative way to render the major and minor log scale lines Spotfire? Also, looking for a way to represent a probability plot as well with minor gridlines.

Hi Richard,

It doesn't seem possible, out of the box. Looking at our ideas portal here, it is considered as a future consideration. 

It seems that your workaround, is still the way to go.
