Inquire about licenses on AWS Marketplace

I am writing to ask about Spotfire on AWS Marketplace.

We are using Spotfire on AWS Marketplace, which we signed up for around 2017.

I wanted to upgrade due to security and other reasons and tried to download the software but needed to register license number.

Can you tell me how to check license number?

There are no license numbers on the Spotfire-side that I'm aware of. Maybe you could send me a direct message here in the community and share more details on exactly what happened when you "tried to download the software but needed to register license number." and I will attempt to assist you (I'm a Spotfire employee).
