Vincent Thuilot Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 Hello,we were having reports running with a direct connection to SFDC.we started to embed credentials in the connection and then saved the connection settings on the Spotfire Library.Issue: The analysis is throwing an error ~50% of the time at the opening when we open the dxp file. Fredrik Rosell Posted November 13, 2023 Share Posted November 13, 2023 Hello Vincent,The stack trace contains:LibraryException at Spotfire.Dxp.Framework:The server could not be reached (HRESULT: 80131500)An intermittent issue like that could point to network/proxy/load balancer/etc issues. Investigation of that would require access to detailed logs and information about your environment, so I recommend that you open a support case for it.
