Export/Copy definition of calculated columns?

Hello,

Is there a quick way to export the definition/formula of the calculated columns from one table to another? or to export outside of the project?

Any ideas/thoughts?

Hello,

I assume you are basically trying to reuse the data model (calculated columns etc) for one data table in another (in the same analysis or some other analysis)?

If so, the short answer is no, there is no solution out-of-the-box for that. There is a popular idea for that https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas/TS-I-6635 ("Data models should be possible to share and reuse

A quick way to just get a text representation of the data model for a data table is to use Data menu > Data Table properties > Source Information tab, click "Copy to Clipboard"
