Periodic calculation by backend server

At the end of each week/month, I would like to perform a calculation and then store that valueas partof arecord. I would like this to happen regardless of whether or not someoneis using a Spotfire clienti.e. this calculationruns ona sever in the background I would assume

Hello,

You can use Spotfire Automation services to automate the required use case. The Automation job can be triggered via the windows task scheduler without any manual intervention.
