Considering the message, I believe that you were attempting to export to an Excel file (more specifically, to xslx)? 1048576 rows (2^20) is the maximum number of rows for a worksheet in Excel (see the Microsoft documentation: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/excel-specifications-and-limits-1672b34d-7043-467e-8e27-269d656771c3).

On the Spotfire side, the solution is to export to a different format instead, as that limitation only exists for Excel files (for xls, the limit is 65536 rows, for xslx it is 104857 rows), e.g. to a CSV file.  

For logging, this is the message:

Export Data The selected output has a limitation of 1048576 rows and only the first 1048576 rows of the selected data will be exported.
