How to set comma as a decimal separator while importing a french csv from a shareport ?

I am trying to import french csv file from a sharepoint (semi-colon instead of comma and comma as a decimal separator instead of dot in standard csv). When I specify semicolon as a column separator in the sharepoint connector, it will process the comma as a thousand separator but not as a decimal separator. This works correctly while importing the same csv throught local directory (see picture attached). How to solve the sharepoint import format ?
