Using Iron Python to lists all of data sources/ information links within a Spotfire document and how they are joined on the data canvas

Good Day All,

I want to use Iron Python to list all of the data sources/information links within a Spotfire document, i.e. each data item/sub-item on the data canvas.

Retrieving additional information about each data source would also be useful, such as, type path, copied table etc

Furthermore, I would like to identify how each data source is joined on the data canvas. i.e. each item that is joined, what columns they are joined on, the join type.

If you can point me in the right direction that would be a great help. There doesn’t seem to be many examples online.

Thanks Julieta, this is a strong step in the right direction.

This list the data tables, but how do I identify the individual data sources that make up each data table, i.e through joins (adding columns).
