How to generate a table in spotfire which can show start and end date and time of an event in a table

The sample data table is attached which has two locations and two types of meter and two different dates and different time stamps. Need to generate a table which can differentiate between the parameters mentioned above and provide with a table which shows the duration of power =0. Thank you in advance.

Can you elaborate on the purpose: "differentiate between the parameters mentioned above"? A sample of what you expect to generate would help clarify. When you say "generate a table" I guess you mean a visualization (like a cross-table)?
