Hi everyone,

I need your help in order to resolve the following issue. After we add successfully the Node (7.10) into the TIBCO Spotfire Server (7.10)this appear 0ffline.

We have the NodeManager into a Windows machine and the Spotfire Server into a Linux Machine, the machines can make a ping each other and all the ports are open. but after some minutes we see the following error:

INFO 2017-08-27T21:22:39,289-0500 [] nodemanager.trust.DelayUntilAuthorizedGate: Unable to use certificate to contact the server at Node [serverId=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, serverName=localhost.localdomain, port=9443, online=true, siteID=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000] on port 9443: I/O error on POST request for "

Hello,

From following error message

"Host name 'localhost.localdomain' does not match the certificate subject provided by the peer"

I belive server hostname might be the issue here,make sure you are using exactly same alias while creating bootstrap in spotfire server config tool and in nodemanager.properties file on nodemanager server.

Hi Ninad

Thanks a lot for your help. We made the changes that you propose but the problem still persist, I don't know what happen on this. We made the same process into 2 windows machine for TSS & TSNM and we doesn't have that problem, this only happen when the TIBCO Spotfire server is on Linux and the TSNM on windows

These are the archives:

Nodemanager.properties.

#Supervisor changed

server.backend.communication.port=9443

nodemanager.host.names=

server.backend.registration.port=9080
