Hi Community;

Our IT security team and Shareopint team has given every possible access in Azure Active Directory and Sharepoint. We have followed the documentation to the letter, but I'm still getting Need Admin Approval.

Please help us if you can.

I am sorry you are having issues with this. Unfortunately, based on our experiences, the admin consent requirement in Azure AD is not always clear and can vary based on how a customer has Azure AD configured. This article describes how to Grant tenant-wide admin consent to an application. If this has already been done for the application registered for SharePoint Sites.Read.All permissions, in some cases we have seen that one has to register a new application to pick up the fact that the admin consent is no longer required.

The App Registration - API Permissions screen is also confusing because as stated on the screen itself (see below) the "Admin consent required" column may not be correct for your organization:
