Peter McKinnis
Camille,Based on what I see in the screenshot, the file getting loaded is not a data file but a zip file. The "PK" at the start of the file usually signifies a zip file which cannot be loaded. Can you verify the file you are trying to load? Thanks,Peter
camille lordon
Hello Peter,I confirm it is an excel file stored on a sharepoint site. Thanks in advance for your supportCamille
Solution Peter McKinnis Posted February 23, 2023 Solution Share Posted February 23, 2023 The issue here was that the Excel file ended in an capitalized extensions, e.g. XLSX, which the connector was incorrectly handling. An updated version of the Custom Connector for TIBCO Spotfire has been released.
