How can we merge row values with same value in table viz and populate as a 1 value for all populated rows?

If you want this exact format, with merged rows like that, I'm not aware of any way to achieve that using out of the box Spotfire visualizations or released Spotfire Mods.

Some suggestions for what you could do:

a) create an Idea for this in the TIBCO Ideas Portal (https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas)

b) try creating your own Spotfire (Visualization) Mod for this (https://community.spotfire.com/s/article/TIBCO-Spotfire-Mods-Overview). A good start if you find an existing Javascript visualization library table plot that does this.

c) Look for alternative ways to visualize/present this. Is your main objective to be able to see how the data is grouped? If so, maybe use coloring to illustrate that, or a cross table to get some grouping.
