No filles available to download on the geospatial analysis data function download pages

When I click on the data functions in the Geospatial Analysis to download them for use, none of the articles I'm directed to have any files to download. Where can I access the files?

Can you detail specifically which functions you're having issues with? I have tried clicking a few and they all lead to the Community Exchange where data function files can be downloaded directly from (once logged in).

I want to download:

1. The Circular Radius Data Function
2. The Bounding Box Data Function
3. The Convert Coordinates To Polygon Data Function
4. The Location Geocoder Data Function

But I cannot access the download files; I have attached an image of what I see on the articles after logging in.
