I have been in contact with our Partner PerkinElmer about this. They have a solution based on Spotfire that appears to have nice options for this. Another option could be to explore EC50 functionality in external stat packages, eg. here's one for R - https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ec50estimator/index.html - which could be used via the TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R functionality in Spotfire.
