How to add a line on a scatter plot to indicate todays date.

Hello,

I have created a gantt chart using a scatter plot, similar to the below workflow:

I want to apply a line to indicates todays date, which the workflow implies you can do using in a straigt line fit. However I can't seem to achieve this. Can anyone advise?

The link does not indicate that the line comes from a fit. If you had a datetime as your X axis, you could add a Vertical line > Straight Line > Custom Expression: then type DateTimeNow().

However the link uses a week number as X-axis, so I don't understand where the today's line comes from in that case.
