Hi All, I have to create horizontal bar chart. I have a Date on Category Axis and Numbers on Value Axis. Also wanted to display only 5 fiscal weeks on Value Axis. Can somebody please help me with this?

I tried to put Date on Category Axis and Numbers on Value Axis with Orientation selected as "Horizontal Bar" and Layout as ''Side-by-side Bars". But it still looks like Stacked Bars like this

I want them to display as side by side bars like below.

Your settings ("Side-by-side-bars") are correct. It should display differently.

Can you upload a file with some sample data so that we can verify this problem?

Under Category Axis/Settings is "Categorical" checked? You aren't using a numerical field and renaming the options so they look like strings?

Thank you so much for your reply. On axis setting, axis mode as 'Categorical' was not checked earlier, as suggested by

Kirsten Smith Categorical is now checked. It is now showing side by side horizontal bars.
