Error status: 417. Error: I/O error on POST request for http://”HOSTNAME”:9081/spotfire/trust/receive: ”HOSTNAME”; nested exception is java.net.UnknownHostException: ”HOSTNAME”"The Spotfire Server (11.8.1) and Node manager are on different machines hosted on AWS.Can you help us to solve this issue?If you need any log file to help solving the problem, tell which we need to send.
