Cross table - total unique counts on a numeric field + average of the counts per week

Hi,

I have a cross table with the following axes:

Hotizontal (BinByDateTime([Event [Date & Time]]],"Year.Month.DayOfMonth",2) as [Date])

Vertical (Location)

Cel Value's UniqueCount([Employee number]) as [Total]

This results in a unique total people per day or week, so far all is fine

 

Yet i like to have Also an Average off each unique (Employee number) was counted on a weekly basis

when i would select average then i get the average from the employee numbers and not from the total count over a week

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
