It's absolutly necessary install the driver to connect with this DataBase[Kerridge][KISAM ODBC Driver 64][KISAM]. However, as it appears to have an ODBC driver, after installing the driver you should be able to use the generic ODBC data access in Spotfire (as described in https://community.spotfire.com/wiki/tibco-spotfire-data-access#toc-6) to connect to it.
