Show Title Boxes

I watched this video about text areas. When the Properties of the text box were selected you can use the Show Title Bar on or off. But when I select my Show Title Bar I don't get the boxes around my titles how do I get the boxes to show up if I select my titles. Like on the example if the properties are selected for Show Me! and you select the Show Title bar the user gets the red box around the Show Me!. Do I have to complete this in HTML or where See example.

when you say boxes do you mean the regions coloured in red in the png That would be part of the title bar, so if you select not to show the title bar, the boxes disappear. You could maybe set the title to be an empty string if you want to keep the bar, unless I am misunderstanding your question.

Yes I mean the red boxes sorry.  Here is what I want and what I am getting.  Thanks hopefully this gives clarification.
