Error when trying to mimic example of simple decline curve

I got error when trying to mimic example of decline curve from this link :

an error as follow :

TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R returned an error (6)

The data function 'DCA_fit (Untitled_Copy)' could not be executed.

Error in optim(par = x0, fn = residfun, x.days = x.days, y.prod = y.p : Function cannot be evaluated at initial parameters
