Disable one Filter on charts

How to disbale one filter(out of many) to not impact the chart I can't use document property.

Click on Help/Help Topics and search in the Index tab for "Filtering schemes". Filtering schemes allow you to determine which visualizations should be impacted by filter settings. You can set up a new Filtering scheme and set it in the Visualization Properties under the Data tab so that other filters aren't applied.

Yes, I can limit filters but what I need is below.

FIlter 1, FIlter 2 , Filter 3, Filter 4

Chart

What I need is that FIlter 2 shouldn't impact the chart but filter 2 should be impacted based on Filter 1 or FIlter 3, Filter 4selection. If I create new filtering scheme then both FS will independent of each other and Filter 2 won't change.
