Email PDF Report automatically in Spotfire

I need to have spotfire automatically email a PDF Export report I created. Can someone provide me with the instructions on how to set this up

The primary way to handle such use cases would be using TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services. You can read more about that here:

Automation Services has tasks for e.g. exporting reports to PDF, and for sending emails. You can read about the tasks that are available out of the box here:

Once you have created a job that performs the tasks you want - e.g. performing a PDF export and then sending out an email - you can setup a schedule for when this job should be run.
