Chris Holmes
I've seen a lot of discussion about how to use the $map expressionto get data from a StringList into TERR but I'm actually trying to figure out the other side of this. I would like to take some values that I've computed from TERR and output them to a StringList document property for use in other things. Is there a way to do this I'm not sure how to structure the output so that Spotfire understands it.
Kyle Mann
I am likewise interested whether this is possible. Because IronPython is disallowed in the web client, it would be good if this could be accomplished with TERR. From the warning message I get when I try to save a string as a string list property, it looks as though Spotfire string lists are System.Collections.Generic.IList'1 .NET objects. I wouldn't know how to go about creating one in TERR. If anyone has found a solutiuon, I would be glad to hear it.
Gaia Paolini
From what I have seen and tried, this is not possible. I suggest to add this to the Ideas portal Gaia
