Establishing connection between Spotfire and an Excel file on Sharepoint

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect an Excel file that's on my company's Sharepoint site to my Spotfire analysis but having trouble doing so. I have Spotfire version 10.3.4.8 and what I've been doing is:

Files and Data -> Other -> SharePoint File -> I enter in the the URL of my excel file that's on sharepoint ->

Authentication mode as Windows Authentication but access is deniedso I then tried Authentication mode as SharePoint Online (Office 365), enter in my credentials, but then the operation just times out.

Any idea why the error or another method to establish a connection with an Excel file on Sharepoint Does the URL perhaps need to be in a specific format
