Missing Text Functions Spotfire Analyst

I'm on Spotfire Analyst 10.3.3, and I noticed the Text Function documentation had some functions that I don't have access to, namely "Find" and "~=". I'm wondering why that is And what can be done to enable the functionality on that end.

There is a limitation for in-database data. Not all functions are supported by the external data source that enables fewer methods for in-database connection. Not all of the standard Spotfire functions and expressions are available on all external systems. On the other hand, you can use in-memory data if available to be able to use all the functions in Spotfire as per documentation.
