Inquiry about trust when installing Sanky Diagram in mod

To use Sanky Diagram in mod, download it from the URL below and install it.

When I drag and drop the .mod file to the spotfire client, a pop-up called Review visualization mod appeared and the button called Trust was activated.

In the pop-up, check Always trust mods signed by 'TIBCO Software Inc.' and click the Trust button. A red exclamation mark is displayed on the left.

I would like to know what the following means, and TIBCO Software Inc. What do you need to do to always trust

 

The trust action could not be persisted on the server, If the issue remains, try trusting each mod individually

 

 

Hotfix HF-005 is installed on Spotfire server 11.4.
