Katie Sikorski
I created a Production Heat Map in ArcGis and made it a shapefile. Is there a way to get it into Spotfire with all the colors. My heat map is like a countour colored map see example. I want to import into spotfire and have the colors come in with it is it possible
Kirsten Smith (she/her)
What does it look like when you open the shapefile in Spotfire
Katie Sikorski
Kristen when i add the Shapefile to my map as a feature layer it brings the layer in but does not contour by color. I can see the points as circle and if I play with the colors it only colors the circles not the contour.
Kirsten Smith (she/her)
Unfortunately shapefiles don't really have any way to include colors in them. You could convert the file to an image or geoTIFF file that can be read in as an Image Layer, or develop a Web Map Service (WMS) with ArcGIS that can be brought in as a WMS Layer, both of which can handle colors.
