Spotfire server does not start: Database consistency failed

That constraint should be in place, so recreating it is a likely next step. Any kind of changes to the database should be handled with care, so I recommend that you start by reaching out to our support team (https://support.tibco.com). When doing so, I suggest that you include a troubleshooting bundle. Also, if you are aware of any recent changes on the database side (that could have lead to this constraint being removed), that information could also be valuable for understanding how the issue occurred in the first place.
