How to submit an on-demand querywith a long (>4000 chars) string literal

G'day,

We are using Spotfire 10.10.3 LTS

How can we submit an on-demand querywith a long (>4000 chars) string literal through an information linkto an Oracle data

This results in an Oracle error:

ORA-01704: string literal too long

01704. 00000 - "string literal too long"

*Cause: The string literal is longer than 4000 characters.

*Action: Use a string literal of at most 4000 characters.

Longer values may only be entered using bind variables.

 

Is there a way to use bind variable in the query instead, or some other solution
