How can I replace an info link for a dashboard without losing calculated columns

In trying to replace the information link for an existing dashboard (includes visualizations, calculated columns, pivots, etc) , when I try to replace the info link from the data canvas it isn't able to match the calculated columns and so those would be excluded if I change the info link but the visualizations would be present.

Would I simply have to recalculate the columns for the new info link in the dashboard
